Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
200 g feta cheese
200 g of cheese or feta cheese Parmesan
2 tbsp yogurt
2 cloves garlic
bacon and larded salami
cumin, salt, colored salt

Method
Peeled potatoes cut into large cubes. Place in a greased with sunflower oil pan and sauté for about 45-50 minutes maximum temperature, wrapped with foil. Cheese and the feta cheese is grated and be confused with yogurt, 2-3 tbsp water, salt, mash garlic and cumin. Once stifled potatoes on their rank and a few strips of bacon slices larded sausage, pour with sour-milk mixture and baked again for 5-8 minutes at maximum temperature. In presenting sprinkle with colored salt.
