Finnish rings with cardamom

Ingredients
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
100 ml condensed milk (unsweetened)
1 egg
250 g flour
50 g flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cardamom
2 tbsp softened butter
# spreads:
egg 1
2 tbsp milk

Method
In a bowl mix 60 ml warm water, dry yeast and sugar. Mix well with a mixer, and leave for 10 minutes until the yeast effervescent. Add milk, beaten egg and all other ingredients. Knead dough. The dough was left an oily vessel for about 1 hour and 30 minutes to be doubled in volume. The dough is pressed with hands greased and then divided into 8 equal parts. Rolls are made with a length of about 20 cm. Sticky ends to form rings. Loops are arranged on a suitable tray, covered with baking paper. Leave so until doubled in volume. The oven was heated to 180 C. The egg was stirred with a wire whisk, is added and the milk. Mix well, then the rings are coated with this mixture. Bake for about 18-20 minutes.
