Creme Brulee with egg white glaze

Ingredients
2 cups fresh cream
6 yolks
1/2 cup white sugar
6 tbsp brown sugar
1 vanilla
1 egg white
powdered sugar
Method
Cream is placed in a vessel and boil. Egg yolks with the sugar is broken down to graying. Trickle while stirring in the egg yolks add the cream. Add vanilla and stir. The mixture is poured into refractory bowls and bake in a water bath for an hour and a half - two hours at 160 C. Every 10-15 minutes to the water add a few ice cubes, the goal is not to boil the water during baking . For the glaze mix egg white with powdered sugar on hard snow. Cream covered with glaze, sprinkle with a little sugar and burner slightly obgoryava.
