Stuffed rabbit

Ingredients
1 rabbit (1.5 - 2 kg)
100 g minced meat veal
1 cup (100 g) mushrooms
1 egg
Chapter 1 (60 g) onion
1 bunch parsley
1 slice (75 g) bread
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
100 g salo
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
pepper
salt

Method
Rabbit (without head and entrails) are washed well and sprinkle inside and out with salt and pepper. Of minced meat soaked in water prior bread, cut into julienne mushrooms, boiled and chopped egg, chopped onion and parsley, paprika, black pepper and salt to taste Prepare stuffing for birds. Filled rabbit sewing the gut opening smeared with grease, place in pan on thin slices of salo, roof top with slices of salo and bake about 75 minutes in preheated oven. During baking in pan pour a little water or meat broth. Baked rabbit pour the sauce, in a separate pan, and serve garnished with peas, carrots and cabbage.
