Lentil stew with olives and cinnamon

Ingredients
300-400 g lentils
2-3 large onions
1 carrot
300-400 g peeled tomatoes
10-12 olives pitted
1 tsp cinnamon (packed)
1 tsp curry
salt
1 tbsp sugar

Method
The lentils is boiled with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tbsp sugar. In a separate pot sauté chopped onion and carrot polumestsi, add tomatoes and simmer until the fat remains. Five minutes before being removed from the heat add the chopped olives, seasoned with cinnamon and curry. Finally, mixed with boiled lentils, allow to boil more minute and sprinkle with parsley.

interesting what is taste? lentils and cinnamon?

taste of the dish is different from that of traditionally cooked lentils. The presentation of the recipe I saw in one weekend transmitting Ivan Zvezdev and decided her try, since otherwise lentils not cook! For those who want to try new things-Good Appetite!
