Ingredients
600 g minced meat - beef and pork mixture
1 onion
3 eggs
2 slices of bread poizsahnal
1-2 pickles
150 g smoked ham
150 g cheese
salt, ground black pepper and cumin to taste

Method
Preheat the oven to 220 C. Boil two eggs, peel them and cut them in half. Knead the minced meat with the third egg, finely cut onions, bread soaked in water, season with salt, pepper and cumin.
