3 pears or fruit of your choice - apples, quinces, peaches and so hard
1/3 cup milk
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp cinnamon
Fruits are cut into thin slices. Fry in the oil, until golden in color. Eggs are broken down with milk and vanilla spice. The mixture is thickened with a little flour and pour over the fruit and spread evenly. Omelet fry at moderate temperature. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
