Dolmas of salt bush

50-60 sheets of salt bush
1 kg minced meat
2-3 carrots
1 cup Rice
5-6 tomatoes
4 onions
150 g mushrooms mushrooms
2 green onions
1 stalk green garlic
10 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp olive oil
1 bunch dill
1 bunch parsley
salt, pepper

In the oil sauté the chopped onions, grated carrots and chopped mushrooms. Insert the minced meat. Add rice and fry until transparent. Pour 3 cups of water and add chopped and peeled tomatoes, ground black pepper and salt. Stews until the rice absorbs the liquid. Add chopped parsley, dill, green onions and garlic. Infused every sheet salt bush for about 15-20 seconds, and then cooled. Furling dolmaschki, in each sheet depending on the size put 1 or 2 tsp rice mixture. The dolmas lining in top tray and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake in preheated 200 C oven for about 45 minutes. Can be served with yogurt.

I do leaves stuffed with salt bush though more often lean combination of green products and minced mushrooms will give an even better taste of the dish recipe Excellent!
