Hemendeks lentils with oven

Ingredients
350 g lentils
1/2 head garlic
1 onion
4 tbsp olive oil
6 eggs
250 g of ham or bacon
150 ml milk
1 tbsp universal spice
1 tsp Savory
1 tsp salt colorful

Method
The lentils is cleaned, washed and put in a saucepan. Add 2 tbsp olive oil, onion, finely chopped, peeled garlic cloves, universal spice, savory and two cups of water. Allow to simmer over low heat until completely soft lentils. If necessary, add a little water, but should not be finally remain liquid. By removing from heat add the milk and stir puree with blender. Pour the puree into a baking dish greased with 1 tbsp olive oil, spread and smoothed. Top rank ham and cheese, cut into strips. Carefully and put the eggs, one per portion. Sprinkle with the last tablespoon olive oil, salt and colorful bake in the oven at 250 C
