Method
Sift the flour and in the center is doing well, put the salt, sugar, vinegar, yogurt, baking soda and a little lukewarm water and mix a stiff dough. In a shallow pan put to boil 300 ml water. The dough is shaped bagels and placed in boiling water for 5 minutes, removed with a slotted spoon, arrange in a greased with butter tray. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake until pale pink.
