Soup of seafood

400 g seafood
1 carrot
1 large potato
1 pressed garlic clove
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup mashed tomatoes
3- 4 tbsp vermicelli
1 tbsp parsley and celery
pinch of oregano, marjoram, thyme (dried)
finely grated rind of 1 lemon
salt, white pepper

In a saucepan heat the olive oil. Add garlic, diced potato and carrot and seafood. Pour 500 ml hot water, seasoned with salt and pepper and leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add tomatoes, noodles, lemon rind, dry spices, celery and boil until ready. The soup is served sprinkled with parsley and a slice of lemon.

What delicious snmka.Very nice recipe.I guess *oregano* is oregano.I hope to find seafood in our stores.

And if you can put and lovage? We love soup with fish and always put it, but I do not know whether it is suitable for seafood.
