Bolognese pasta salad

Ingredients
500 g pasta snails
300 g seasoned mince
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 large onion
2-3 fresh basil leaves
2 tsp oregano
2-3 sprigs fresh parsley
salt
ketchup - optional
sunflower oil for roux

Method
Pasta snails are cooked in salted water, then strain through a colander and Cool under running water. Then pour into a bowl. Chop on onion and fry until golden. Add torn finely minced meat, crushed by using a wire whisk. Once fried well, add the tomato puree and. Allow to simmer for 3-4 minutes on low heat, then flavored with spices. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool. After being cooled, is added to the pasta snails and stirred until uniformly distributed. Optional can add ketchup and served in an appropriate dish.

Yes, I agree with Sunny - Sudetenland pasta bolognese.

We eat it as a salad ... well does it matter - pasta is still ... it with rice and salads that look there as main dishes, but appear in the leaf lettuces ...

That's true :) However, the most important thing is to be tasty, but to me this is one of my favorite dishes. I put grated cheese.
