Ingredients
4 chicken legs
200 g mushrooms
4-5 carrots
1-2 cloves garlic
lemon peel
100 ml white wine
4-5 sprigs of parsley

Method
Chicken legs are washed and trimmed of fat. With a sharp knife, make several slits in them and put slices of lemon peel and garlic. Seasoned with ground black pepper.
