Breaded barbell with sesame and crispy onion

Ingredients
1 fish barbell
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup Sesame
1-2 onions
1/2 bunch fresh parsley
lemon juice
seasoning for fish
sunflower oil for frying

Method
The fish is cleaned and washed. Cut into pieces, the head and tail are not cooked. The pieces are rolled alternately in flour, then in beaten eggs, sprinkle both sides with sesame seeds and fry in a hot pan with sunflower oil. Once all pieces of fish fry in sunflower oil in the same pan fry the chopped onions, chopped parsley, put it spice for fish (you special, can be used pepper, lovage, thyme, parsley, coriander) . When pozaparzhat (onions darken and become hard, crunchy) removing the pan from the heat. The sauce is spread over breaded fish pieces and put lemon juice. Can be topped with mashed potatoes.

Thank you, Manny really was very tasty, recently brought me, I thought it would be like carp that he is a river fish, but actually nothing to do with carp / which I do not particularly love / and is very tasty! And cooked in it to share the recipe. Enjoy your tasty!
