Method
Use this form cake with removable walls and a diameter of about 22 cm. Cover the bottom with baking paper. We start with the quark balls - Stir the cottage cheese with eggs, starch, sugar and coconut. A thick dough which hands shape the balls that distribute in the following way - one more ball in the middle of the form and the remaining dough divide an equal number of balls that arrange around the big tray. Leaving aside and prepare chocolate dough. melting chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave on low power - 400 watts for 3 minutes, as a better time to take out the chocolate and stir vigorously with a spoon to completion of its melting. Leave it to cool until the mixture other products. Egg whites are broken down into snow with half the sugar and vanilla. Later we will add them to the main mix. Beat yolks with half the sugar and vanilla second. Add melted chocolate, stirring constantly. Then add the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, starch and cocoa. When the mixture is homogeneous, add egg white snow, stirring with a wooden spoon carefully. The resulting dough Pour over the quark balls and bake in a preheated 175 g oven about 25 minutes. Cake is ready when stuck in the middle stick out dry. It is very important not to overdo it with baking, to not become too dry cake. We leave this piece of confectionery art to cool to room temperature and start doing ganasha: chocolate, the butter and pour the cream into a bowl and melt in microwave (if you prefer, do it on the stove on water bath). Pour over cake ganasha and smoothing with a spoon. We leave it to cool overnight or for several hours and pass a knife around the edge of the tray to separate the chocolate before you remove the walls. * This delicacy is a wonderful addition to your morning coffee.

Sveta, if you double the dose and use slightly wider shape (26 cm), will get at least 3 fingers high? Can directly only to adorn themselves? On the other hand I think if guardianship 2 cake and assemble them bottom to bottom, when cut will see the white balls. Oh, many wrote ... ok, I liked the recipe!

I am very happy! Feel free to double the dose, the dough is a row and will be baked. You can also serve it upside down - with balls up, topping miss :) I want to see the result :)

Starch what should be: corn-wheat?

Starch is a natural taste as I used wheat.
