Ingredients
500 g flour
250 g yogurt
4 g of dry yeast
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp honey

Method
Of all the ingredients knead medium soft dough, like honey in advance melts in a microwave stove or put a little stove. Leave to rise in a warm place for about an hour. Rolled and shaped mekitsi, fry in preheated fat.

In this recipe yeast thing is confused! Or '40 ordinary yeast, which still seems to me a lot, or if dry must be at most 7 years
