Salad of carrots and Chinese cabbage with dressing

Ingredients
200-300 g carrots
200-300 g Chinese cabbage
300 g yogurt
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 lemon
1 tbsp dill
1 tsp salt
50 g walnuts

Method
Carrots grate (I scrape them of a big part of the planer - to feel), Chinese cabbage is cut as thin as possible. Preparation of dressing: in a bowl pour the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice half, dill and salt. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture. I personally use yogurt or such higher percentage of fat, otherwise the dressing releases water. The amount of lemon juice and salt can increase or decrease according to your taste given that carrot is sweet vegetable. In another larger bowl stir the vegetables and dressing. Serve in a suitable container. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
