Moussaka zucchini layered with minced meat

Ingredients
1.5 kg zucchini
2 eggs
3 tbsp flour
salt
sunflower oil for frying
# For the filling:
2 onions
600 g minced meat (beef and pork mixture)
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch of dill (may dry)
pepper, salt
sunflower oil for frying
# TOPPING:
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt

Method
Clean and chop the zucchini slices long, Salt them and let them drain. Beat two eggs. Add flour and salt. Mix until a homogeneous mixture. Dip the zucchini in the mixture and fry them in heated oil on both sides. Cut the onion finely and fry in sunflower oil. Add the minced meat and continue to choke mode, as in pieces with a spoon minced meat to break down. Put the parsley, dill, pepper and salt. In a baking dish arrange zucchini row, row mince again zucchini, minced meat and finish with zucchini. Pour eggs beaten with milk. Bake until ready.

I'm glad you like it. I'm not a fan of zucchini, but this recipe I liked, and I had never enjoyed dill dish. When I was cooking I used dried dill. Will soon look to do again to get pictures.
