Cut into strips and fry in a little olive oil chicken (can be used and ready roasted chicken). Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and cumin to taste. Add 1/3's from the jar of salsa * ready to meat and 1 / 3rd of the two types of feta cheese, which are pre-shredded and mixed (you can use cheese, I guess that will be tasty too) Mix well and let go of the stove. In another heated pan put a little olive oil and reheat cakes on both sides for a few seconds, then remove them stuffed already cooked chicken mixture and arrange them in a baking dish. Pour batter rolled enchiladas as the rest of the salsa and sprinkle with remaining feta cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and become slightly brown. Can be served with sour cream and diced tomatoes, guacamole (avocado, onions, tomatoes) or avocado. * If you are not ready salsa can make yourself of chopped tomatoes or tomato sauce, onion, green and red peppers cookies, but if you like a spicy and add hot pepper.

Seeing pictures taken my will to eat less. Goes to favorites. Milencha, 1 jar salsa, how many kg. is or milliliters?

400 g. I used salsa, but if it was 500 g. It would be better because tortiyte absorb a lot. Glad you like 4f. Good appetite!

Today I made them with a simple red sauce spaghetti - get a pretty good :)
