This pie is called lactic pie. It is very tasty. When you do not have rennet enjoy equal amounts of milk and yogurt.

will prove ours Shumen recipe :)

Then, as the sheet is pour the egg mixture, should have stayed a little way to soak directly or bake? Cheese can you add or curd replace him?

akva7, does not need time to absorb the egg compounding spread evenly between the folds of grilled peel. Depending on the preferences of your family can add cheese, but will change the soft and gentle taste of this Ludogorie pie.

Anego, thank you very much, I will avail myself of your idea and will make her pelvis Ludogorie pie to go my desire, but Tell me how many drops that are 1/4 tsp rennet?

I today I worked on it, but instead put sour milk cheese made of milk, yogurt and cheese, very tasty. From my mother I know that true Dobroudjan.nation kavarma whose variety is this pie is made thin, but it melts in your mouth, there is a very delicate taste. I've done it as a topping to put a little sour cream, the result is always excellent. My husband what his favorite pie.

Milencha would you gave little pictures? How about a piece manichkoo? I'd like to see cut from the inside.

About 5 drops are enough for 1 liter of milk into cheese for 1 / 2-1 hours, but reinsured and put a little more. A large amount of yeast does not change the taste of the product and helps in rapid coagulation. Even when you curdle milk dribble one drop of yeast in the jar.

Akva7, Especially for you picture really the last piece in our country this pie did not last long. - :)

This pie will be one of the first things I will do to my husband when he comes back.
