Ingredients
1 kg veal
2 onions
5 tbsp olive oil
600 g potatoes
500 g of fresh green beans
1 zucchini
2 large carrots
200 ml tomato juice
1 bunch green onions
salt, pepper, 1 tbsp paprika
parsley
1 cup wine

Method
The meat is cut into portions and together with onion and olive oil in a clay bake casseroles. Add chopped carrot, zucchini, green beans, potatoes and 1 cup wine. Bake until tender vegetables about 45-50 minutes. Then add the red pepper, green onions and tomato juice. Taste and dopicha another 20 minutes.
