Ingredients
chicken breasts 500 g
600 g pickles
400 g mushrooms
200 ml cooking cream
uni sauce or soy sauce
processed cheese
flour for rolling
garlic powder

Method
Chicken cut into julienne and add some flour. Mushrooms cut medium-thick pieces. Cucumber strips. Fry the chicken in a Teflon vessel without fat. Add uni sauce and garlic powder. After 10-15 minutes add the mushrooms. After another 10 minutes, and pickles. After 5-10 minutes, pour the cream and leave little. By pulling from the heat add processed cheese.
