Ingredients
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
1 kg potatoes
1 bunch dill
1 head of garlic
sunflower oil
salt

Method
Patlazhdana, zucchini and potatoes cut as moussaka (cubes ). Cut fennel and garlic and everything goes wrong. Pour into a large saucepan with glass lid (or other suitable oven proof dish with a lid). Insert the sunflower oil and salt, pour a little water. Put it in a cold oven to heat to 250 C. Finish 1 hour after elaborate dishes in the oven.
