Ravioli with meat

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 egg
1 pinch of baking soda
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
flour
# For the filling:
meat of your choice
pepper, salt, paprika

Method
Of all the products knead dough. Cut the meat into small cubes seasoned with pepper, salt and paprika. The dough is rolled into a thin crust, and then cut into squares of 2.5 cm side. Chopped meat is put on them, then closed triangle and pressed. In a saucepan put water and put 1 tbsp salt. Put it on the stove and bring to the boil in the water is placed ravioli. Cook for 20-25 minutes until ready, take out with a slotted spoon and drain the water. Serve with sauce of your choice.
