Sponge cake with lemon

Ingredients
3 eggs
220 g sugar
100 ml water
2 tbsp sunflower oil
180 g flour
1/2 baking powder
rind of one lemon
100 g walnuts

Method
Eggs, water and sugar is broken down to graying. Add the oil, lemon rind, flour with the baking powder and the walnuts. All stir and pour into cake form, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake in a moderate oven. Finished cake sprinkled with powdered sugar.

This cake I do not get several times!

But I did like the beaten eggs without water. Quantity of 100 ml of water swapped with lemon juice and added water to 100 ml. I put flour 200 g., And baking powder - a whole. Became nice.

Tasty happened. Lokumche added chopped. Also set and lemon juice and vanilla. Thanks for the good recipe.
