Ingredients
500 g lentils
3 onions
thyme
parsley
bay leaf
salt
pepper
100 g butter
Method
Clean and washed lentils is placed in boiling water, boil 30 minutes. Add chopped onion and crushed spices. When the lentils is cooked if necessary part of the water is poured. Season with roux of finely chopped onion and the butter.

Easy, fast, tasty.
I just cooked Plate of lentils and put more tomatoes, garlic and red pepper. Mmmm tasty.
In Greece put a bay leaf, and I think the taste is better.
