Boiled fish in tomato juice

Ingredients
1 kg of freshwater fish (bleak, rudd)
100 ml sunflower oil
60 ml vinegar
400 ml tomato juice
salt
Method
The washed and cleaned fish is placed in a pot. Pour in the oil, vinegar and tomato juice. Season to taste. Boil on medium heat until the fish is ready - about 1 hour.
