Pork with mushrooms and cream

Ingredients
700 g pork loin
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp butter
1 onion
1 tbsp paprika
2 and 1/2 tbsp flour
1 and 1/4 tea cup . (315 ml) chicken broth or bouillon cube dissolved in 1 and 1/4 cup hot water
4 tbsp dry sherry
115 g mushrooms
2/3 cup (165 ml) sour cream
salt, pepper
allspice, bay leaf small

Method
Cut the meat into cubes (4 cm). Heat the oil and the butter in a large saucepan. Add pork and cook for 5 minutes, until golden. Transfer it to another court, using latticed spoon. Cut the onion and place in pan with the fat to fry until soft. Add the paprika and flour and fry for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually add broth as you keep stirring to not get lumpy. When the mixture boils, return the pork back into the pan, add the sherry and sliced ​​mushrooms, add salt and pepper. Add bay leaf and small grain allspice. Cover and cook over low heat until pork is tender. Once you have downloaded it from heat, add the cream and stir nice.

doby, in products is 1 and 1/4 cup and 190 ml in brackets - meaning that 1 and 1/4 cup 190 ml or 1 cup 190 ml?

xevi, thanks for the comment. 190 ml should be 1 and 1/4. H, but something I have distracted and confused accounts :) already did the repair in the recipe. Wouldnt put milliliters as a full explanation of the recipe because of cup to cup a difference :) Thanks again!
