Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
1 cup (200 g) flour
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
20 g butter
2 tbsp raisins
pinch of cinnamon

Method
Milk, eggs, sugar and flour, mix thoroughly. The butter is melted in a pan and slowly pour the dough inside. When the underside of the omelet becomes golden yellow, add the raisins and cinnamon. Then turns, torn into pieces with two forks and fry until crisp. Serve immediately, sprinkled with powdered sugar. To omelet can be served compote.
