Pheasant with bacon on potatoes

Ingredients
1 pheasant
700 g potatoes
300 g bacon
spice veggie
pepper
butter
150 g beer
Method
Clean and washed pheasant put in a pressure cooker with vegetata in my boil no more than 30 minutes. Remove pheasant and makes portions. Each piece of pheasant wrapped in bacon, I tie it with thread, maybe with toothpicks stuck to. Washed and coarsely chopped potatoes are put in greased pan and confused with butter and pepper - I personally put 70 g butter and a little pepper. Portions of pheasant wrapped in bacon rank on potatoes. Pour beer and put foil. Bake for 45 minutes on high heat. Finally can be removed fthe oil to seal bacon although I think so stuffy is fragile and delicious.

The recipe is very good, the guests were very pleased :) I removed the foil finally bekoncheto turns brown and became great looks and taste.
