Oyster mushrooms with butter

Ingredients
oyster mushrooms
butter
pepper, salt

Method
Take the tray and cover with baking paper. Initiate washed and dried mushrooms as each sponge put a little butter.Add salt to taste and sprinkle lightly with pepper. Bake at 150-180C degrees of fan. Great side dish and appetizer.

looks fast, but I think that oyster must first be boiled for about 20 minutes, because it is quite tough sponge

Nelly assure you that were very tasty. Cooking'm not sure but I think that will be banging. However, mushrooms are very delicate and can easily be damaged and lose its beautiful appearance.

I've done breaded oyster and I boil them in advance. Not banging
