Stewed rolls

Ingredients
1.5 kg pork loin
3 hard boiled eggs
3-4 potatoes
3-4 carrots
2 red peppers pickled
2-3 onions
5-6 cloves garlic
1 tea cup . white wine
1 cup fat (sunflower oil)
1 bunch parsley
pinch of coriander
salt
pepper
Method
Pork loin is cut into thin slices. Potatoes, carrots, eggs and peppers cut into small cubes, then mix well. In each slice of meat is placed on the mixture and roll up. Tied with strong thread. So all slices are formed into rolls. Chop washers and garlic into small pieces. Rolls are arranged in an appropriate pot between them is packed prepared onion mixture, wine, black pepper, the oil and 1/2 cup hot water. Boil on low heat until the fat remains.
