Dolmas with sauerkraut

Ingredients
1-2 leaves of pickled cabbage
1 cup Rice
500 g minced meat mixture
a leak - about 1 inch
1/2 cup lard
cumin, black pepper

Method
All products are mixed with a bit of cabbage soup, wrap up dolmaschki. At the bottom of a large saucepan spreading out cabbage leaves and arrange them on the dolmas. Cover again with cabbage leaves and topped with a shallow dish. Pour in boiling cabbage soup enough to cover the plate. After a nice boiled, reduced to second degree of heat down so gently simmer. About an hour after it is ready. * No salt. * I generally put a little more lard and leeks because I have discovered that we tastier. * 1 cup = 250 ml
