Lamb of chitterlings BBQ

Ingredients
1 kg lamb chitterlings
salt
pepper
Method
Chitterlings are washed with cold water, turn around and re-washed. Twisted braids on three, scatter with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated moderate BBQ, until golden brown. Serve with fried potatoes, salad of red tomatoes thoroughly dusted with parsley, green onion and vegetable oil.

snowy, I liked the recipe, but do not boil you in advance?

lamb chitterlings are fragile and they do not need cooking. See chitterlings at large and old cattle are tough and it is necessary to pass through heat treatment. We love them and are not tough. Try Maggie.

I also do chitterlings in the oven, but they rub red pepper or tomato sauce.
