Ingredients
800 g tea biscuits
500 ml milk
250 g butter
1 cup ground walnuts
1 cup powdered sugar
3-4 tbsp cocoa
1 vanilla
30-40 almonds (walnuts)
1 piece of chocolate for decoration

Method
Biscuits are broken into large pieces and flooded with chilled milk. From the butter, powdered sugar and cocoa cream is made with the ingredients were stirred to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Biscuits to add 2/3 of the cream, ground walnuts and vanilla. Mix well and leave in the fridge for a while to rest and to tighten. Almonds peel as previously steamed in hot water. Is cut in half lengthwise and bake. Form a hedgehog in elongated plate. Top cover with cocoa cream and spiking peeled roasted almonds (to resemble the spines of a hedgehog). Place a chocolate mouth and eyes and leave in the refrigerator for several hours. * In the original recipe eyes are striped candy * Children joy * * Almonds for decoration can be replaced with walnuts.
