Ingredients
3 kg peppers
1 l vinegar +500 ml water
100 ml sunflower oil
500 g sugar
salt
2 bunches of dill and parsley
pepper
7 bay leaves
garlic

Method
All spices were mixed. Chushletata is opukvat gently and placed in cold brine. So stay 24 hours occasionally mix. Arrange in jars and sterilize 10 minutes.

the idea of your recipe, pop peppers will attend this year the family preserves! For faster, however, used ready obsession of dr. Oetker for marinade! :)
A peppers in jars than what still fits? Will do for the first time such peppers. And from the brine puts you in the jar?
