Ingredients
          10 tbsp sugar
          3 tbsp cocoa
          125 g butter
          3 eggs
          1 cup flour
          10 g baking powder (1 packet)
          5-6 pears

          Method
              Pears Peel and cut into pieces. In a greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs tray, pears lining so that no blank space. 7 tbsp sugar 10 tbsp water, cocoa, the butter to the boil and cook 2-3 minutes. Once the mixture is cool, add the beaten yolks, flour with the baking powder. Whip 3 tbsp sugar and gently added to the mixture. Pour dough on pears and aligns with a spoon. Bake 30 minutes at 180 C. Once cool turns the cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I made the cake and it was delicious. As the rapidly mingled the products direktno- first eggs with sugar until fluffy defeated, then added it upset oil and everything else and stirred it with the mixer. This cake is delicious. Thanks for the recipe. Photographs.
Just to add that it does not put bread crumbs and brown sugar on the bottom of the oil and get a light caramel effect.
