Ingredients
          4 boneless pork chops
          breadcrumbs
          sunflower oil
          pepper
          parsley
          3 large onions
          2 carrots
          Canned mushrooms
          4 tbsp Maggie Unisos or soy sauce
          lemon slices for serving
              Method
              Cutlets crushed, seasoned with salt and pepper, PANIC only in breadcrumbs and fry lightly on both sides. Arrange in a baking dish. Onions, coarsely chopped carrots and slices also fried, add the mushrooms and sauté another 3-4minuti. Sprinkle with parsley and Maggie Unisos. All poured into chops, pour a little water, cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes to 220 C. Remove the fthe oil and bake another 10-12 minutes. Serve with lemon slices.
