Cheese roll with cream cheese

Ingredients
400 g cheese
200 g cream cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 pressed garlic cloves
dill
salt

Method
Cheese is placed in a suitable roasting bag, placed in the boiling water about 10 minutes to soften. Place on baking paper and roll it into a rectangular sheet. Prepare a stuffing of the feta cheese, mayonnaise, dill and garlic. The cheese is smeared with filling and roll up. Wind up the paper and placed in the refrigerator to set. Roll is cut into slices 1 cm thick and served. * Optional can put ham, cut into very thin and oval red pepper.

Hello! I want to ask how to deal with the losses of cheese. Maybe I did not do something right, but yesterday prepared Half roll and cheese remained on the envelope. I could not come off. Otherwise did roll both versions - with cream cheese and ham, and I can say that it became a great taste :).
