Coconut bread

Ingredients
550 g flour
400 ml coconut milk
8 tbsp coconut flour
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry yeast
pinch of salt

Method
Yeast, a pinch of sugar and a little flour were dissolved in 125 ml warm water. Allow to stand for about 15 minutes to activate the yeast. Flour, coconut flour, sugar and salt are mixed. Add the coconut milk, the dissolved yeast and melted butter. Knead dough. Messi is about 5-6 minutes (if necessary, add more flour) and leave in a warm place to rise and double in volume. Portions of the risen dough is shaped rolls and leave to rise for 45 minutes. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven until golden.
