Chicken liver with bacon and mushrooms

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
400 g mushrooms
3 onions
400 g bacon
1 tomato
1/3 cup white wine
1 lemon
sunflower oil, black pepper, salt and parsley
Method
Luke cut into slices, mushrooms too, and bacon strips. Heat the oil and put the onions to fry. Gradually add the mushrooms, livers and bacon. Pour the wine and the grated tomato. Add lemon juice, pepper and salt. Cover to stew, while the fat remains. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.

sounds very tasty will be tested, I isparzhila pre bacon and fat to fry other products.
