Method
Put the oil in a pan and fry the pieces of ham. Remove them and in the same oil fry the chopped onion for 2-3 moments, season with pepper onion, rosemary (savory) and a little salt and remove from heat. Apply suitable deep rectangular baking dish with the butter, spread on top package puff pastry from 400 g (if necessary gently roll) - make sure that you have the dough on all sides of the tray, to the edge. Pierce the bottom with a fork here and there. Cut fried ham thicker strips and arrange in the bottom half of the tray. Sprinkle top with half mix of vegetables, half the onions, pieces of half processed cheese, break 4 eggs 4 places and pierce them with a fork to their spilled yolks, sprinkle with black pepper (optional), sprinkle top with half grated cheese . Repeat ordinal products again - ham, vegetables, onions, processed cheese, cheese (no eggs). Cover the dish with another puff pastry on 240 Fold the sides of the puff dough which is the side of the tray as far ledge shape with slightly bent - to loop (shaping already in your choice and fantasy) and to press the dough, which you cover the pie. With the tip of a knife gently make diamonds as a top pattern, but try not to cut the dough. Brush the top with milk and place in a preheated oven at 170C degrees. Bake until nice toasted crust (without fan). Remove from oven and still hot again smear it with milk. Allow pie to 10-15 moments for it to cool and then serve. * I saw the idea for this dish in Youtube and as always I decided a little to the issues and I added more. * I made the pie with puff pastry into rectangular pieces - 400 g (this was in the freezer I). * I made the pie with one laying eggs (to me 3) because they are worried that it will not remain raw in the pie, if more - because puff pastry bakes faster. Optional can add more eggs and the second arrangement of products, but at your own risk. * If you frozen vegetables, you can use peas and corn boxes and fresh carrot - but shredded. * If you remain raw ham can cut it into small pieces and add to the stuffing. * I guess that can be placed and sterilized mushrooms or fresh, lightly fried. My idea - you improvisations. * For 4 servings.
