Ingredients
250 g buckwheat
2 onions
2 peppers
5 tomatoes
1 stalk leek
1 tbsp vegetable broth powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, black pepper, red pepper

Method
Buckwheat is washed and boiled in water (500 ml), salt it lightly, reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes. Cut vegetables into small pieces, tomato cubes. Fry in the oil for a few minutes, finally add the tomatoes. Make a cup of water and put the broth, soy sauce and spices. Allow to boil for 5-10 minutes. Buckwheat drain and put in a dish. Stand as you take spices and served hot. * You can sprinkle with herbs of your choice.
