Method
I prepare the dough in this recipe - Тесто Pizza - quickly and use a dose tray with a diameter of 33 cm, and as products are set for this size tray. For thin pizza dose may be reduced to 3/4 or a half. Can be used and another pizza dough thickness is of your choice. Chop of crescents and fry in a little oil in a frying pan until tender little. Minced meat fry, also in low-fat or fat - depends on the mince until golden. Onions put in the minced meat, add salt, seasoned with hot peppers or spices of your choice and stir to cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly (can be put in the refrigerator and use within 1 day after that). The dough is spread out in the tray. Tomato paste is diluted with a little water (1-2 tsp, depends on the density of the puree) and salt (if needed) and spread on the dough. Sprinkle with plenty of oregano. Top distributed minced meat on her olives and tomatoes. Sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese and bake in a strong preheated oven until ready. * Pizza goes very well with any sauce - mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic and chili - and fresh salads. * 1 cup = 250 ml

Thanks, flowers, glad you liked it :) It's nice that dough, I regularly use it, become crispy pizzas. If you replace part of the flour (about 1/4) with corn, as bake the crust is fine and very crispy.
I did last night pizza dough omesih machine bread stuffing prepared with tomato sauce and minced meat was very quick and easy. Of flour made three pizzas 35 cm. In diameter and left for another dough pizza dough put it in the fridge for tonight for pizza margarita, I did not have the sauce with minced meat. recipe for the dough and pizza are great! I think dried tomatoes must be flooded with boiling water for 5-10 min, but I kept my recipe exactly and I'm fascinated by the blown dry tomato! Probably because my copious sprinkling of cheese was not enough plenty! But better overall recipe is great!
My dried tomatoes in olive oil was, I had no such problem that can burn.
pipilota81, I'm glad you liked the recipe :) And my tomatoes in olive oil, if you cover well with cheese no shoots. Next time they can *hide* in the minced meat :)
Next time I will put them into mince. Although it seems to me more logical to have the top, maybe it's more appropriate to be covered.
