Stew of old beans

Ingredients
300 g beans
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
1-2 carrots
1 slice celery
1 dry red pepper
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
1-2 onions
3-4 chillies
mint
pepper
salt

Method
Washed beans pour cold water (may be pre-soaked) and boil with chopped carrots, celery, pepper and some onion. Water should not be much if you make up. Add a small part of the oil, to boil faster beans. Add salt when beans are tender and water is fouled. Continues to melt, and during this time makes roux: in preheated oil fry the remaining onion, red pepper and tomato paste. The mixture is poured over the cooked beans, stir and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Remove and sprinkle with mint.

traditional condiment for beans is mint. I personally, however, put fresh dill. All recommend to try this spice. I assure you that it is very good and you will not regret.
