Broth with Galoushko from semolina

Ingredients
1 egg
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp sunflower oil
3-4 tbsp semolina
1 pinch ground black pepper
1-2 tbsp cold milk (water)
parsley
1 l broth (vegetable or meat)
Broth with Galoushko from semolina

Method
To beaten egg add other products. The mixture was allowed to swell approximately 20-30 minutes. Grebva with wet teaspoon and using another spoon break off small pieces which are placed in the boiling broth. They are ready when you come to the surface. Broth is served sprinkled with chopped parsley. To make the broth can be used and the finished cubes.
