Healthy oat pancakes with homemade ice cream

Ingredients
250 g fine oatmeal
4 eggs
400 ml skim milk
50-90 ml water (dilution)
1 tsp brown sugar
3 vanilla
# For the filling:
1 large banana
1 peach
2-3 tbsp cooking cream
# For sprinkling:
chocolate sprinkles, ground raw almonds, honey

Method
Oatmeal, if not refined enough to pity further (in a coffee grinder) and pour milk and vanilla. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs with the sugar. Mix everything and stir well and add water to a density of boza and the mixture is ready. Bake pancakes on a frying pan with little or no fat. Obtained about 10-11 not very large pancakes. For the filling: 1 banana and 1 peach are cut and frozen. Then passaged (separately) by adding the cream. A thick mixture with a cream that refreshes and melts in your mouth. And the filling is ready. To finished banana ice cream can be added chocolate chips and honey and ground almonds to Peach.

we like pancakes! Not Brave oatmeal flooded them with milk, but obviously not waited enough to swell because when I added the egg mixture is definitely not a homogeneous (part of oats sank to the bottom). Solve the problem by blending the mixture. I do not need to add water (density was perfect). I made pancakes with salty stuffing, but do them with homemade ice-cream (I guess and so will our love) :)
