Baba ghanoush with tahini

Ingredients
1 large eggplant
2-3 tbsp tahini
2-3 cloves garlic
2-3 sprigs of parsley
2-3 tbsp olive oil
pinch ground cumin
the juice of 1/2 lemon
salt, black pepper

Method
Eggplant is baked and white. It is better to be on fire (to acquire eggplant smoky taste), but if you have an outbreak, you can bake on the stove or in the oven on a tray on which was spread foil, for not spotting the top BBQ, grill. Eggplant should be given several times. When soften well be removed, put it in an envelope to choke and peeled off easily. Can roast eggplant several at once, then peel and stow it in the freezer for next time. eggplant creases with fork. Do not grind the kitchen blender, because it will become mushy and taste of the salad would be better if the texture of the eggplant is large. Then add the crushed or finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, lemon juice and Tahan. Mix everything well and place in a serving plate. Top is decorated with parsley and watered with olive oil.

I added too much tahini, but once you slozhix in the refrigerator for several hours, was very tasty.

Thanks :) Navy Confuse me that is speaking tahini, if there is another. I can not thing of dust. Incidentally, to boast that Wikipedia article I've written I :) Baba ghanoush is one of our favorite salads, purees. There is a little zavedeniytse named Habibi, 4 -5 tables as diner. But what an amazing quality of food, words do not. Lebanese are working it, and dishes are few, authentic and delicious just scary! Their Baba ghanoush is unsurpassed, there is some spice in that they do not issue it, but make it so fragrant!

Hello girls :) Thanks for assessments and the useful comments, but I do not have any *guilt* for this nice recipe, except that I had copied from that source :) Very tasty sounded like something that might bake a slice of black bread, for example, but forget to check where I can buy tahini :))) Happy Friday and nice days you wish.

Many love it, but I tried to put cumin. I have to try and thus. I digest it with a blender without garlic, and use it as a paste.
