1 cup Rice
3/4 cup vermicelli
2 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil)
2 tbsp butter
4 cup broth of your choice (preferably not from cubes) or water

The fat is heated over medium heat. Break noodles fry until golden, stirring constantly and taking care not browned. Add rice and fry for another 1-2 minutes, until the rice is well Namaste. Pour hot liquid in a ratio of 3: 1 (depending on the rice - I use milled and this proportion suits me). Add salt to taste. Cover with a lid. Once the liquid boils, reduce heat to a minimum. Boil (simmer) until the rice is tender (vermicelli becomes faster) and absorb all liquid. Stir with a fork and serve. It can be served as a side dish to grilled meat kebabs, why not and fresh salad as I did.
