Method
I made small changes, which give in brackets. The eggs are broken down with water. Add milk, fat, sugar and vanilla. Mix and the sugar is melted add the flour sifted with baking powder in advance. If using butter, is first stirred with the sugar, then add eggs and once they break and well were added and other products. In a suitable pan is placed baking paper and pour the mixture (I used a rectangular pan size 26h16 cm). Top rank fruits. In the case of prunes. I cut them to length but next time I will cut them in the general part, because fall to the bottom and not visible if you do not pay then the finished cake. cake bake in a preheated oven 180C degrees. The baked and cooled cake is removed from the paper tray and turns on a tray or leave it. When serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.

To me not sink plums dough uttering them with cut up:) I've done with other fruits, but plums at us like, taste like.

But it really one learns while alive! :) Kate, heartfelt thanks for this quirk - do not know! Will take in the near future! :)

And what is the *2-12*?

And I wondered, perhaps 2 to 12 quantities of products - 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12.

right - this is the increasing amount of 2 p. L. 12 to p. L. Of different products. The name is given as the author Virginia Diran and I've kept. :)
